This happens when there is one client who is logged in using the user account and there are other clients who will login using the same user account.Whereas in the configuration of ' Shared-Users ' in UserMan has been set unlimited .
From the system itself to the 'Shared-Users' parameter in UserMan does not stand alone. The configuration still refers to the 'Shared-Users' parameter in the User-Profile in the Hotspot feature. So to be able to use in accordance with the parameters we also have to do the configuration on both sides, both UserMan and hotspot.
Sample case
For easier viewing how to configure we will create a case example. Let's say at a school will be divided into 2 wireless connection with hotspot system. One connection for Master and another connection for Staff. Each (Teacher & Staff) will be created one hotspot account that can be used more than one person.So the account creation is not for individuals but per-group.

If viewed from the topology above for Master will use the account 'Teacher' with the setting Rate-Limit of 1Mbps and for Staff will use the account 'Staffku' with a large Rate-Limit of 128kbps.
Configuration
Our first step will be to create a new user profile at hotpsot for both groups (Teacher & Staff). The configuration is done in the IP menu -> Hotspot -> User Profiles -> click Add [+] .

For the value of ' Shared-Users ' can be adjusted with the number of teachers and staff. For example, for example the maximum teacher there are 20 people and staff 10 people.

Next we will configure on the UserManager side by creating a profile that will be used by teacher & staff account in usermanager. First we will create a limitation of each account and direct the parameters ' Constrains ' to each user profile that we created in the previous hotspot.

If Limitation is not directed to a specific Group-name / User-Profile hotspot, then by default it will use the User-Profile Default Hotspot, which usually has a shared-user = 1 configuration. This is sometimes the cause of error no more sessions are allowed for the user because it is considered the user account is already in use.
After configuring 'Limitation' we will create two profiles for Master & Staff. And that needs to be emphasized here is the parameter of Shared-Users setting Unlimited . Do not forget to use the Limitation we created earlier for each profile.

Next we will create user accounts for both groups of users. Each account can later be used for more than one person in the group.

In both the above accounts are also specified in the Constraints parameters for Shared User setting Unlimited . Actually we can also specify the Shared-Users parameter with a more specific number in accordance with the total user. But to further simplify the configuration can be set Unlimited and the determination of the number of users will refer to the User-Profile in the hotspot.
Testing
Finally we will try to do testing whether the above configuration can work properly or not. We will try to connect the device to the hotspot network with an account that we created earlier.
We can check for users who are connected to a hotspot network in the Active Tab and also in Active Session Userman.

We can also do bandwidth testing whether the allocation is in accordance with the settings we have made. From the test results for each teacher will get allocation of 1Mbps per device, while for Staff will get 128kbps per device.
